Professor Odette Best is a member of the Gorreng Gorreng and Yugembeh (Yoog- Em-bear) Nations and is currently the Pro Vice Chancellor for First Nations Strategy at the University of Southern Queensland. Odette started her professional life as a registered nurse working in sexual health. She shines a light on the missing narrative around Aboriginal women’s experiences with menopause and mental health. Because every woman’s experience is different, and no-one should be left behind.
